Как Быстро и Просто стать продуктивнее и эффективнее?
Тюнинг мозга На первый взгляд это выглядит чистой воды приколом. Уж больно простое упражнение. Даже слишком простое. Поэтому, прежде чем предложить его Вам, я провёл проверку. На себе, на детях, на учениках. И все отметили заметный положительный эффект от него. Те, кто учится, стал лучше учиться. Те, кто делает Дело, стали делать его лучше и продуктивнее. Мозги начинают «варить» гораздо лучше и, главное, легче, что позволяет решить задачи и большей сложности, и в большем количестве. Я решил назвать его «по автомобильному» – тюнинг мозга. Вы все знаете, что такое «тюнинг» – улучшение качеств автомобиля путём его усовершенствования. Аналогия более-менее приемлемая. Самое главное, что и делать-то особенно ничего не надо — достаточно просто каждый день 21 раз выполнить это простенькое упражнение. Занимает всего пару минут. Но результаты… Я даже боюсь говорить о них, настолько они отменны. Оставлю Вас в состоянии лёгкой интриги и предвкушения Чуда. Делайте — и Вы сами убедитесь в огромной пользе этого упражнения.
